Real estate expertise and detailed planning to support you through the process of selling your home
But the thought of moving right now is overwhelming.
To say you’re “strapped for time” is the understatement of the century.
You don’t have ANY extra time. Between your kids, your work, and your relationship, you’re juggling more things than one person can handle. And unlike the fairy tales, there isn’t a magic wand that cleans your house, goes shopping, folds laundry, and cooks meals — there’s just you, doing it all and trying to keep up.
So much goes into getting your home ready to sell before a realtor steps in to help. There’s the research. The organizing. The cleaning. The staging. The fixing everything that’s been broken for years that you never got around to fixing.
You know you need to move. Your current house just isn’t realistic anymore. But you can’t help but think, “How ON EARTH can I possibly get my house market-ready on top of everything else?”
Because the truth is: what makes selling a home difficult isn’t just the physical work. It’s the intangible, emotional work. It’s worrying about whether you’ll find another place you love. It’s grieving the life you’ll leave behind. It’s wondering if you’re making the right decision and if now is the right time.
I know what it means to say goodbye to memories you wish you could hold onto. To me, real estate isn’t transactional — it’s personal. And I treat it that way.

Hi! I’m Jacqueline Grisé.
I’m just a mom of 3 who has been
in your shoes and wants to help.
I know from experience that wanting to sell your home and feeling able to do it are two completely different things.
I’ve sold my home more times than I'd like — twice to accommodate my growing family, and antother after my divorce. And both times, I was a mess. Because selling a home is a lot of work. It’s time-consuming, stressful, and loaded with emotion. If you try doing it without a supportive plan in place, years can pass without any progress.
That’s why I created Your Perfect Plan.
Because you shouldn’t have to do it alone.
Your Perfect Plan
and literally no extra time to spare
(been there!)
moving into a new phase of life
(been there too!)
who need a helping hand to manage it all
(3 for 3!)
Because I know that even if the process of selling a home looks the same on the outside, it always feels different on the inside.
Some people thrive on deadlines. Some people need to take things slow. Some make decisions based on numbers and spreadsheets, while others go off of a feeling. And packing away your child’s first nursery feels different than packing your things during a divorce.
That’s why I don’t come in with hard deadlines, stressful to-do lists, and high pressure to sell. I come with open ears, a helping hand, and gentle guidance to take the stress off.

We’ll start with a complimentary consultation to get to know each other. One thing’s for sure: this will NOT be a sales pitch. (I might even recommend you don’t sell your home! I know — realtor blasphemy!) Instead, I’ll ask you a ton of questions about your lifestyle, what’s important to you, and why you’re thinking of selling. Think of this as a zero-pressure conversation about all the questions on your mind. I know there are a bunch — that’s why it’s a free 1-hour meeting in person or via oom!

If you decide to sell, we’ll dig into the details! Think of the planning stage as starting a 1,000-piece puzzle: we’ll look at the final picture, and work backward from there. I’ll create a tailored timeline of what needs to happen and recommend an arsenal of trusted professionals to help you get it done. And if you’d rather do it all yourself? I’ll help you break the process into clear, manageable steps that make you think: “Okay…I think I can do this.” (I know you can!)

Gathering your life into boxes and deciding what stays and what goes can be an emotional process. (Cut to me, sitting on the floor of my son’s room, full-on sobbing over his baby clothes. Trust me…I get it!) If getting started is a hurdle, we’ll find the best way to say goodbye — whether that looks like a garage full of donation boxes or a Purge Pizza Party where your loved ones can snag your giveaways. I’ll even send packing supplies straight to your doorstep to take one more thing off your plate.

You know that hole in the wall that you’ve been meaning to fix forever? This is the moment we’ll finally get it done. I come in with a realtor’s eye to help you see your home from a buyer’s perspective. Don’t worry — we’re not going to remodel the whole kitchen, but we might clean the gutters and paint the front door! It’s the simple but impactful changes that will make people feel like I can picture it…this is the one!

My team of people comes in for the final “zhush” before we put your house on the market. We’ll give the house a deep clean, stage everything, and take professional photos before the listing goes live. And when it’s finally time to put your house up for sale, we don’t just add it to Zillow. We’ve got a full marketing plan to maximize exposure and negotiate the highest price point possible.
We’ll use your consultation call to play “Fix it or List It.” I’ll help you decide if you actually need to sell, or if the home you have will work with alterations. Maybe you're feeling smothered by the boatload of kid stuff around. Maybe you feel like the lack of space is causing discord in your marriage. I’ll listen to the details of your specific situation, and give you honest feedback.
I’ll guide you through the smartest steps forward — you may need to speak to a lawyer or mortgage broker before we can do anything else! Whether you prefer to meet together or separately, I’ll serve as a neutral middle ground and keep the whole process amicable. Having clear outlines and putting everything in writing will keep the communication clear and kind from start to sold.
When it comes to buying a house, I focus first and foremost on the things that really matter, like being close to school, having a home office, or giving you the space your family needs. We’ll start by getting into the nitty-gritty of what your daily life looks like, so I know the homey must-haves that make all the difference.
The truth is that buying a house is a little like dating. You decide what you’re looking for, you see a lot of options, and the one that feels like the right fit is rarely what you thought it would be! I’m here to help you explore your options and make an educated decision you can feel 100% confident in.
My then-husband and I had just finished a big move into a larger home for our growing family. I had a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old, I was 6 weeks pregnant with my third, and I was opening my first daycare business. When I say I had not slept in 5 years, I mean I had not slept in 5 years!
The little ones climbing on me were my whole world in the very best way. But between the move, my new business, my morning sickness, and my attempt to stay on top of life…my bandwidth was maxed out. At one point, the physical exhaustion was so bad that I developed a stutter.
I did everything I could to keep our forever home, but as a single mom running two small businesses, it was no longer realistic.
Selling was heartbreaking, and I felt so alone.
In both of those periods of life, to have anything taken off my plate would have been a huge relief. But like so many women, I didn’t want to feel like a burden, and I struggled to ask for help.
That’s why I don’t wait for you to ask for help before I step in with a solution. My business was built around giving you the support you need to take the mental load off your plate.
